Revenue Leak Calculator — Good Ground

See What Your Ground Is Costing You

Most business owners know they're leaving money on the table. This calculator shows you exactly how much — and exactly where. Answer a few questions about your business and we'll calculate your Ground Score, identify your ground type, and show you the dollar-by-dollar breakdown of what's leaking out each month.

Takes about 3 minutes. No email required to see your results.

Your marketing isn't the problem. Your ground is.

You can pour unlimited leads into a business with slow response times, no follow-up system, and no way to reactivate past customers. The leads will die. Not because they weren't good leads — because the ground couldn't hold them.

The Revenue Leak Calculator measures three types of ground failure and puts a dollar figure on each one:

Dry Path
Leads that never land. Missed calls, slow response, opportunities that bounce off your business before you ever get a chance to close them.
Rocky Ground
Leads that wither. Interested prospects who went cold because nobody followed up. Past customers sitting dormant because nobody re-engaged them.
Thorny Ground
Growth that gets choked. Customers lost to dropped balls. Hours burned on manual tasks that should be automated. Operational chaos that caps your capacity.

Most businesses are bleeding in all three areas. The question isn't whether you have a leak — it's how big the leak is and where the biggest hole sits.

Your Ground Check will confirm this score

A 15-minute call where we walk through your score together, pinpoint the exact leaks in your system, and show you what to fix first — no pitch, no pressure.

Your Ground Score isn't a grade. It's a starting point.

The number tells you where you are. The ground type tells you what to focus on. And the dollar breakdown tells you why it matters.

But a calculator can only measure what you tell it. The real diagnosis happens in a Ground Check — a free 15-minute call where we walk through your score together, confirm the numbers against your actual systems, and show you exactly which fix moves the needle fastest.

No pitch deck. No pressure. Just your numbers, your score, and a clear picture of what to do next.

How we calculate your leak

We don't inflate numbers to scare you into buying. Here's exactly what's behind the math:

Dry Path Losses

Calculated from your missed calls, your close rate, and your response time. Every missed call is multiplied by your average job value and your close rate — because that's what each one could have been worth. Slow response time adds a penalty based on research showing conversion rates drop sharply after the first hour, with diminishing impact as response time increases.

Rocky Ground Losses

Uses a 15% nurture-to-conversion rate for cold leads — the industry-backed rate for what systematic follow-up recovers. Dormant customer reactivation uses a 12% rate based on re-engagement campaign benchmarks.

Thorny Ground Losses

Calculates the cost of customers lost to poor follow-through at 25% of their lifetime value, plus the dollar value of manual hours that could be automated, based on your hourly rate.

Your Ground Score evaluates six dimensions — response speed, lead capture, close effectiveness, nurture systems, customer retention, and operational efficiency — and maps you to one of four ground types based on where your systems stand today.

The result is conservative. If anything, your actual leak is larger — because the calculator can't measure the referrals you never got from customers who had a mediocre experience, or the reputation damage from slow response in a review-driven market.
